Vida Carson, our crew from First Floor Films and I started out with Liz and the ladies at The Inn at The League while the hair and makeup where being finished up before Liz & Matt had their big reveal on the steps of the Union League.  After taking photos on Broad Street and around Center City Philadelphia it was back inside to escape the cold and to get started with the actual wedding ceremony in The Grant Room presided over by Naila from Journey’s of the Heart.  After the ceremony and cocktail hour the party moved into Lincoln Hall where the Sid Miller Dance Band was waiting to play into the night and get the crowd of 200+ up and out of their seats!
Liz & Matt’s wedding day really was something special.  It was fun, emotional and in the end a huge celebration of the newlyweds!  Thanks also to wedding planner Gina Sole who made the day go by smoothly and without a hitch.  Thanks Gina.  It was great working with you.

Matt made this video game controller out of an Ipad box.  So very awesome.  Also very awesome was Liz, who played video games the day of her wedding to relax a bit before everything got started.

Lyndsay sang a song during the reception, just as she did at her own wedding a couple years ago!

After the morning preparations we all headed into Philadelphia for the wedding ceremony at St. Bridget’s Church.  Kristen & Anthony said their “i dos”, kissed and we were off to the Philadelphia Museum of Art for some photos.  The sun was setting and we were lucky enough to have some really beautiful light while photographing the bride and groom with their wedding party at one of the city’s most iconic locations.  After our art museum photo session it was back on the trolley for, me, Vida and An Marie (one of our First Floor Films shooters) and back out of the city to the Flourtown Country Club for the wedding reception.

Kristin, Anthony and Jack…..it was my pleasure getting to know you all over the past year or so.  Your album is nearly finished and I am excited to share it with you along with the video from your wedding!  Thank you again for having us share in your day guys.  All the best as you start your life together as a new family.

A picturesque setting like Pen Ryn Mansion on the banks of the Delaware River makes for a wonderful backdrop for a wedding at anytime. But in the late fall when the leaves are all sorts of gold and amber this place really shines.  Congratulations Melissa & Dan. Vida and I had such a fun day with you, your family and friends. All the best to you both for a wonderful marriage. I hope to see you guys again when the first little Dizzle comes along!

Rita & Chris, you guys were such a joy to be around on your wedding day.  Karlo and I couldn’t have felt more welcomed by all of your family and friends.  Your ceremony was beautiful and so original and the reception was one of the craziest parties of the year!  Congratulations to you both.  All the best for a wonderful future together!

All of Rita’s friends surrounded and sang to her during the last song of the night.  It was really something special to see……as you can tell Rita got a little emotional.

Janne & Andrew along with their wedding planner Kelsey Gilland of A Little Soireé put together an amazing day which was a joy  to be a part of and very fun to photograph.  Some of the other wedding professionals who helped make Janine & Andrew’s day unforgettable were Jill Perocca who made all the ladies’ heads look top notch with her hair styling, Kristen Stengel who took care of the makeup and Il Fiore Bianco who did an incredible job with all of the floral arrangements.
