Judy & Matt were married at St. Mark’s Church in center city Philadelphia at the beginning of June. They held their reception at the storied Crystal Tea Room in the Wanamaker building right across the street from City Hall. It was a beautiful (if just a wee bit scorching hot) day. We had great weather, nice light, a lovely couple and lots of fun working with Judy, Matt and their family and friends. I was also fortunate enough to have Geoff Horowitz, a fellow Philadelphia Wedding Project photographer, working along side me for Judy & Mat’s day. Several of the images in this post are straight from Geoff’s creative eye.
Congratulations Judy & Matt. Thank you again for having us. Enjoy your images!

Judy “bedazzled” her own wedding shoes!

Matt and all of his groomsmen got ready at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel.

I just like this shot.

Judy and her sister Alyssa.

Judy’s bouquet was by Ring of Roses in Havertown, PA.

Dad with his girls.

I’m an iphone man myself, but I think the best picture looks to be coming from the Verizon phone.

Alyssa showing her excitement for Judy’s walk down the aisle.

St. Marks is stunning.

Someone is DEFINITELY not amused.

First stop……Love Park.

The reverse of the above image.

Such a good looking wedding party deserves their very own photo.

I love the contrast that Geoff captured here.

Matt was fluffing Judy’s dress and Judy was enjoying a cool breeze and a second of relief from the heat.

Onto the Philadelphia Museum of Art for some more wedding party photos.

An amazing cake designed in part by Judy with the help of Nicole from the Short and Sweet Cafe in Wilmington.

Synergetic Sounds and Lighting kept the Crystal Tea Room well lit.

If you look closely, you can see the garter in mid-air right in front of the chandelier.

Plastic Parts laid down the soundtrack for the evening and kept everyone dancing to the wee hours.

Congratulations Judy & Matt. All the best to you both!
