This past Friday I had the pleasure (and it is always a pleasure) of shooting for Jenn Childress. We spent a gorgeous Friday with Suzanne & Ben and all of their closest family and friends. Suzanne, along with wedding planner (to the stars) Erin Proud of Proud to Plan had created many special little details which made for a very personalized and uniquely “Suzanne & Ben” celebration. They took Jenn and I all over town from the “first meet” in Logan circle, to bridal portraits in the heart of Chinatown and on to the breathtaking ceremony location of Old St. Joseph’s Church. The rain came down a bit during the ceremony but it didn’t bother anyone because we were next off to the ultra chic & sophisticated Downtown Club for the reception complete with an outfit change for Suzanne and a traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony. The night was capped off by Suzanne’s dad performing his version of “This is Why I’m Hot” by Mims. It was a great day for a wedding. Suzanne and Ben had a wonderful celebration with all of their closest friends and family. Jenn and I had a great time with them and we got some killer photos to boot! Congratulations Suzanne & Ben!
Traditionally a very early start to the morning for the bride and bridesmaids never seems to translate directly to the groomsmen’s room.

Ben stopped by the cemetery to lay some flowers with his parents.

This was a “MUST TAKE” Shot as Suzanne & Ben had originally met through mutual jobs with FedEx.

Suzanne’s sister giving the blessing before dinner.

Suzanne’s dad brought the house to it’s knees with a blistering rendition of “This is Why I’m Hot” by Mims. A definite first for me!
